Here are my notes on what I have experienced since then, which I posted in my journal last week. The first attunement is for healing yourself, and this has definitely happened. The problems I have been having with my back have disappeared, and the problems with that vertebrae in my neck that got messed up years ago have been minor. I have felt a radiating warmth coming out of my body, which has resulted in my body always being comfortable or warm, temperature-wise (up until now, I have always been cold.) I need to get a thermometer and see if my body temperature has changed – my problem was that my normal temperature was 96.8 (supposed to be 98.6) – so perhaps the Reiki has fixed that for me. Also, I have been less empathic and more intuitive since the attunement. And my healing abilities have increased as well. I am so glad I had it done; it has made a huge difference so far, and the effects do not seem temporary. I always had to be careful about draining into myself as well, and the Reiki has made it much easier to stop doing that. I have not had a decrease in my other energy-working abilities as you mentioned experiencing, though - in fact, they have increased.
